Two ways to publish hotspot translations to VNTANA product attributes.

Option 1

Upload and Publish

Drop in your completed spreadsheet. Translations are parsed locally, previewed, then sent to VNTANA attributes via n8n.

Option 2

Attach File to Product

Upload the spreadsheet directly to VNTANA as a product attachment. Once attached, use "Sync from Attachment" below to write attributes any time without re-uploading. Good for keeping the source file alongside the asset in VNTANA.

Sync from Attachment

Trigger n8n to read the spreadsheet already attached to this product and re-write attributes. No upload needed — update the attachment in VNTANA and sync here.

Re-process attached spreadsheet

n8n reads the most recent attributes_completed_*.xlsx attached to this product, parses translations, and writes attributes. Or import the auto-sync workflow to have this happen automatically every 15 minutes.
